These Terms and Conditions explain how we’ll work together and what you can expect when using Tracy Mitchell VA services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Tracy Mitchell VA offers virtual assistant services, including but not limited to diary management, email management, travel arrangements, document handling, data entry, and general administrative support. The scope of services will be agreed upon in writing before work commences.
2. Working Hours
Our standard working hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (UK time). We are flexible and can discuss support outside these hours upon request. All such arrangements must be agreed in advance.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Monthly Packages: Invoices for monthly support packages will be issued at the beginning of each month and are due for payment within 7 days of receipt.
3.2. One-off Projects and Ad-hoc Services: Invoices for one-off projects or ad-hoc services will be issued upon completion of the project or service and are due within 7 days of receipt.
3.3. Non-payment: If payment is not made within the agreed timeframe, services may be suspended until payment is received. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Unused Hours
Unused hours from any monthly package cannot be carried over to the following month. Hours must be used within the calendar month of the package purchased.
5. Confidentiality
We understand the importance of confidentiality and agree to keep any sensitive or personal information shared by the client strictly confidential. No information will be disclosed to third parties without the client’s prior written consent unless required by law.
6. Termination of Services
6.1. Client Termination: The client may terminate services at any time by providing one month's notice in writing.
6.2. Provider Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services at any time with one month's notice or immediately in the event of non-payment or breach of these Terms.
7. Holidays and Availability
Our standard working hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (UK time). If you require support outside these hours, this can be discussed and arranged in advance. During planned holidays or personal time off, I will inform you ahead of time. As an independent operator, I cannot guarantee backup support during these periods.
8. Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality and timely services, Tracy Mitchell VA shall not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of using our services, including indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Changes to Services and Fees
We reserve the right to adjust our services, pricing, and terms with 30 days' notice. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
